About me

I come from Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. I am a lecturer at Hanoi University of Agriculture, Faculty of Information Technology, Department of Computer Science. I am doing PhD research in Computer Science and Information Technology at University "Politehnica" of Bucharest (UPB).

I love UPB, the university that is nearly 200 years old, as well as Romanian people and the country.

I am interested in the research domains of e-learning, multi-agent systems, and bioinformatics.

Activities

For my PhD, I am studying the application of different artificial intelligence techniques in the development of e-learning systems, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Adina Florea.

For the school year 2009-2010, I have passed 4 exams on Knowledge Representation and Reasoning (Master of Science Programme in Artificial Intelligence), Programming Languages Concepts (individual study), Multi-agent Systems (Master of Science Programme in Artificial Intelligence), and Data Structures and Algorithms (individual study).

Now I am working with the thesis "A multi-agent adaptive e-learning system with ontological learning object representation". I have had some initial results including an architecture and a domain ontology for personalized multi-agent e-learning systems. A system has been building to evaluate the effectiveness of adaptive learning.
